All of these goals are dependent on funding. In 2004, Friends of Bruce Mound raised enough money through community and private donations to purchase and install a handlebar tow at the snowboard park. This new tow was a welcome addition to the hill and greatly eased overcrowding for snowboarders and other skiers on the nearby T-bar lift. |

In 2005, FoBMI initiated a major capital fund drive to raise money for a new chairlift, tube hill expansion, ski trail additions, and a new chalet. A budget of $1,000,000 has been developed for these improvements. Over two thirds of this amount has been pledged or received in the form of gifts from businesses, individuals, and organizations, plus grants and matching funds from major donors. About $300,000 of additional gifts and pledges are needed to reach our goals. |

Since 2005 all tax deductible gifts & pledges have been matched by a large contributor. Clark County’s Bruce Mound Winter Recreation Area and its supporters have provided so much for over 35 years; please help make these planned improvements a reality; Help make Bruce Mound an affordable, desirable recreational facility for families from all across the area. Please contribute to the Friends of Bruce Mound, Inc. Find out how! |
